The Word of God is alive in God and Jesus, but what about us? How alive is the Word of God within us?
Remember, the Word of God is living:
12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. (Revelation 19:12-14, King James Version)
The living Word of God is more than the word on paper and is made alive by faith in Jesus
3Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (Hebrews 11:3, King James Version)
I'm very mindful and fearful of every word of God
4Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
5Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
6Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. (Proverbs 30:4-6, King James Version)
